Father Goode: pray for priests

Father Larry Goode, pastor at St. Francis of Assisi in East Palo Alto, urges the faithful to pray for priests that the Church may experience a renewal as it did during the times of St. Francis and St. Charles Borromeo.  "I really ask you to pray for that renewal of the Church and the reform of clergy," said Father Goode, who has been a priest for 45 years.  Catholic San Francisco\'s Tom Burke interviewed Father Goode for a "Year for Priests" profile to run in the paper\'s Sept. 25 issue.
